Orders are normally shipped within 2 days of order placement and this will usually mean the order is delivered to your address within 7 working days. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We aim to fulfill your order by the delivery date set in the Dispatch Confirmation. If no delivery date is specified, we will try to deliver within a reasonable time of dispatch. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. Ownership of the products will only pass to you, when we have received the full payment.
When you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. You order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders will be subject to acceptance by us and subject to availability. We will be confirming such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract that will be formed on behalf of our acceptance, will only relate to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed. We will not be obliged to supply products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation.
By making a purchase through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
The prices stated on our site, exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated. The prices include VAT.
Despite our best offers, it might happen that some of the products listed on our site are incorrectly priced. We will verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. In the unlikely scenario that a product is incorrectly priced, we will only ship the product if the correct price is lower than the stated price. If a products correct price is higher than what is stated, we will either contact your for instructions before shipping the product or reject your order and notify you of this. If a pricing error occurs that is an obvious error and unmistakeable, we are under no obligation to provide you the product at the incorrect price.
We use Scanpay for accepting payment and orders by credit card and mobilepay.
30 Day Return Policy
Beside your Statutory Rights, we offer a 30 Day return Policy.
If you should wish to return a purchase and get a refund or exchange it to another product, you can send the goods back to us within 30 days of receiving it. This opportunity to return your purchase within 30 days, is only valid if the goods are not used are returned to us in their original condition.
The goods must be returned with their original and undamaged packaging.
When you are trying on clothing, please do handle the product with care. You should not use force and do make sure that you are not wearing perfume, a deodorant or make-up that will leave leave a scent or marks on the item.
In the unlikely event, that you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us quoting your order reference and contact details. Please also describe the error and whether you require a return or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed.
Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and issue a refund or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate. This is subject to our confirmation of the fault.
We will usually refund your money, using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually do this, within 5 days of receiving the items you have returned to us.
Should you wish to return a product, you must complete the return form that is included in the package with your products. Returns must be send to the following address:

As the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel with a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items you are shipping. Whatever costs you will incur in returning the item to us, is to be held by yourself. However, were the goods faulty and this is confirmed by us, we will pay the cost of shipping back the product. If you are shipping back faulty products, please do so according to the written instructions you will receive from us.
